Insurights, Inc. dba Healthee(“Company” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you download, install and use our “Zoe by Healthee” App (our “App”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy may be amended from time to time. Your continued use of the App after performing any such changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, and therefore you’re requested so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Children Under the Age of 18
Our App is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our App, including information: (i) information that you will actively provide us by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information”); (ii) information that is about you but individually does not identify you; and (iii) information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our App and usage details. We collect this information as follows: (i) directly from you when you provide it to us, and (ii) automatically as you navigate through the App. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

The information we collect on or through our App may include: (i) information that you provide by filling in forms on our App, (ii) records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us, (iii) your search queries on the App, and (iv) information we obtain from or through a third party, such as an employer or insurer.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our App, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including, but not limited to (i) details of your visits to our App, including traffic data, location data, logs, screen taps, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the App, (ii) information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type, (iii) the information we collect automatically is such as statistical data and does not include personal information. The Information we collect helps us to improve our App and to deliver better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to: (i) estimate our audience size and usage patterns, (ii) store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our App according to your individual interests, (iii) speed up your searches, and (iv) recognize you when you return to our App.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include Cookies (or browser cookies), Flash Cookies and App Local Storage. Certain features of our App may use local stored objects to collect and store information about your preferences and to save App settings. Web Beacons. Pages of our App and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
How We Use Your Information
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the App.
Use of Third Party Services
Access to your personal information
You have the right to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we have collected and hold about You, and the way it is processed. To request access, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide the information free of charge in a ‘commonly use and machine-readable format’ within 5 days, and you shall have the right to transmit that data to any third party, except in the event that the request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in which case we reserve the right to charge a proportionate administration fee or refuse.
Rectification of personal information
If any of the information we hold on you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct or complete it at any time.
Your right of Deletion, or to be forgotten
You may request the deletion of Your Account and any and all materials that we have collected and saved with respect to You, at any time and to request that we cease further dissemination of the data, and have third parties cease processing of the data. Be aware that requesting deletion, unlike unsubscribing, is total and irreversible. This means that we will also lose a record of You have ever been on our systems, including any request or purchase that You have given us in the past. If You choose in the future to open a new account, You will appear to us as a completely new customer.
