About the job

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating best-in-class, customer-centric products. As a Senior Product Designer you will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations from early prototypes to final implementation.

You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and driving the evolution of our design systems.

Responsibilities

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
Lead an entire design process, from brainstorming and designing new features to taking concepts through to production, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards
Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, encompassing product management and engineering, to gain insights into both business and user requirements and transform them into product designs
Become a valuable member of the design team and promote winning ideas and decisions

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in product design
Strong abilities in interaction design, visual design, and product thinking, backed up by a robust portfolio of web and mobile designs
Demonstrated expertise in Figma, robust prototyping abilities coupled with a track record of conducting user research and usability testing to collect feedback and insights that guide design choices
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and software engineers
Highly motivated and independent designer with excellent prioritization and deadline management skills
Ability to adapt, change gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positivity and a willingness to put ego aside for the sake of the team’s success
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
